Peter is a fantastic personal trainer to work with. I have recently completed two 10 week sessions with Peter and I am so pleased with the changes in my body that I’ve managed to achieve in such a short space of time. My strength pretty much doubled over the 20 sessions and I have a body I can now be proud of! Peter provides you with a realistic diet plan and creates some challenging training programmes tailored to your goals. Each session was gruelling but fun at the same time and Peter really motivates you to go that extra bit further. I would recommend Peter to anyone; you will be amazed with the results!

I have recently completed two 10 week sessions with Pete, and am amazed at how much he managed to achieve. I was a regular gym goer in advance to training with Pete, but our sessions gave my gym sessions a new lease of life. He was fun to train with, and had such a quick immediate impact, raising my weight through muscle gain from 80kg to 86kg. The increase in weight I am now able to lift as a result is testament in itself. I am far more confident now in the full range of weight lifting exercises, and feel lucky to have gained a friend in Pete at the same time. I would recommend these sessions to beginners, through to regular gym goers, you will be amazed how much Pete’s support and training will benefit your training and diet. I won a Personal training session with Pete and I can tell you, it was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had 2 hourly sessions with Pete, upper and lower. After discussing my goals, he put me through a gruelling session and taught me correct form and technique. What I learnt most from the sessions was the intensity that I should be working at in order to get results and that by having a personal trainer, with the knowledge and experience, it pushes, encourages and motivates you to work harder. I lifted more than I would have on my own and truly felt that I worked hard after both sessions I would highly recommend PT so much so that I have set them a challenge to get me in shape for my holiday which is in 5 weeks!!
